Casa Iris

Casa Iris is a large, lovingly restored, two storey four bedroom stone house, with a spacious portico (28 Sq. Mt) and barbecue outside. The stone house stays cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter as it has radiators throughout and a large fireplace in the sitting room. Iris has plenty of natural light due to its many large windows which have mosquito screens. There are orthopedic mattresses on every bed (2 matrimonials 2 bunk beds, 3 singles), a fully equipped open kitchen with rose coloured granite countertop, full size fridge, and a traditional restored bread making cabinet. There are many special features throughout including handmade ceramic lights and macrame lights, stained glass door panels, a locally made stone bathroom sink and locally made art frame mirrors and handmade mosaic features. The views from the house are all beautiful, filled with nature and the surrounding mountains.
